The 10th anniversary of the establishment of Thailand-China Joint Laboratory for Climate and Marine Ecosystem

On 9th November 2023, Thailand-China Joint Laboratory for Climate and Marine Ecosystem celebrated 10th anniversary of its establishment at Xiamen Tianyuan Grand Hotel, Xiamen, P.R. China. The ceremony was co-chaired by Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR), P.R. China, and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE), Thailand. During the event, Mr. Xu Dachun from MNR, and Mrs. Chayanan Pakdeejit from MNRE, Thailand, gave remarkable speech.

The Joint Laboratory was established under the Arrangement between The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and The State Oceanic Administration on Establishment of Thailand-China Joint Laboratory for Climate and Marine Ecosystem which was signed on 7th April 2012 in Beijing, P.R. China. Office for the Joint Laboratory, located at the Phuket Marine Biological Center, Phuket, Thailand, was officially operated on 6th June 2013.
